Fully functional with minimal cosmetic scratches

Mandatory Requirements for Warranty Claims
To ensure a smooth warranty claim process, customers must provide:
Unboxing Video
Must show sealed package, entire unboxing process, and product condition
Mandatory for all claims
Proof of Purchase
Valid invoice or receipt required for all warranty claims
Warranty Seal
The laptop's warranty seal must be intact and untampered
Broken seal voids warranty
Warranty Exclusions - Not Covered
The following issues are NOT covered under warranty:
Physical Damage
Caused by dropping, spilling liquids (water, juice, hot beverages), or accidental impact
Burned/Damaged Products
Burned, broken, deformed, or water-damaged products
Display Issues
Screen/display issues not related to manufacturing defects
Sound Issues
Sound distortion or speaker issues
Misuse & Negligence
Improper use, negligence, or forceful impact
Tampered Seals
Damage due to removed or tampered security stickers/warranty seals
Overheating Notes
Gaming laptops, laptops with graphics cards, and MacBooks may heat during normal use or while charging. This is normal and does not require repair or replacement. For guidance, contact our support team.
Manufacturing Notes
Some minor manufacturing issues are not covered: Loose hinges or screens not holding position, IPS display backlight bleed, Slightly yellowish screen color.
Additional Warranty Notes
Repair or Replace
Depending on the issue, Xmart Technology reserves the right to either repair or replace the faulty component
Time-Limited Warranty
Claims can only be made within the warranty period (6 months from purchase date)
Official Claims Only
Warranty claims must be submitted at our Karachi outlet — claims via phone or email alone are not valid
Data Responsibility
Customers must backup data before submitting the product, as system updates or repairs may erase existing data
