- • Warranty claims are processed only at Xmart Technology's Karachi Warranty Center.
- • Customers must comply with all warranty claim requirements, including proof of purchase and unboxing video submission.
8 Returns, Replacements & Refunds
- • Returns or replacements are subject to Xmart Technology's Replacements & Warranty Claims Policy.
- • Products showing physical damage, broken warranty seals, or misuse are not eligible for return or replacement.
- • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method after inspection and approval.
9 Customer Responsibilities
By purchasing from Xmart Technology, the customer agrees to:
- • Record a complete unboxing video showing the sealed package and product condition
- • Use the product responsibly and according to manufacturer guidelines
- • Back up personal data before submitting any product for warranty or repair
Important: Xmart Technology is not responsible for data loss during diagnostics, repair, or system refresh.
Limitation of Liability
