1 Initial Product Checking Period

7 Days Checking Warranty (For Replacement)

Customers are advised to check their product thoroughly within 7 days of delivery or purchase.

  • If any issue is found, it must be reported within this checking period.
  • Issues reported after this period will be handled under the standard warranty process.

2 How to Initiate a Replacement or Warranty Claim

  • Order number or invoice
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Images or videos (if requested)
  • Video of the product being unboxed

⚠️ Important: Unboxing video is mandatory to submit with your claim. It helps verify the product condition and ensures a smooth claim process.

Step 2: Product Submission for Inspection

  • Customers may be asked to bring or ship the product to Xmart Technology for inspection.
  • Physical inspection is required to verify the issue.
  • Products sent without prior communication or video proof may not be accepted.

Step 3: Inspection & Evaluation

  • Our technical team will inspect the product to confirm the fault.
  • The evaluation will determine whether the issue qualifies for warranty service as per our Warranty Coverage Policy.
  • Inspection time may vary depending on the nature of the issue.

3 Resolution Process

Once the issue is verified:

  • The product will be repaired, or
  • The faulty part will be replaced, subject to availability
  • Replacement of the complete unit is only considered if repair is not possible.

⚠️ Warranty service does not extend or restart the original warranty period.

4 Replacement Availability

  • Replacements are subject to stock availability
  • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative of similar value or specifications may be offered
  • Cosmetic variations do not qualify for replacement unless they affect performance

5 Data Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting the product
  • Xmart Technology is not responsible for any data loss during inspection or repair

6 Courier & Handling Guidelines

  • If the product is shipped: Safe packaging is the customer's responsibility
  • Any damage during transit may affect claim approval
  • Xmart Technology is not liable for delays or damage caused by third-party courier services

7 Corporate & Bulk Orders

Replacement and warranty processes for corporate or bulk purchases may differ and will be governed by agreed terms at the time of sale.

8 Fair Use Policy

Xmart Technology reserves the right to decline or reject claims in cases of:

  • Misuse or negligence
  • Unauthorized repair attempts
  • Incomplete or false claim information
  • Missing or invalid unboxing video proof
